The assessment takes 2 hours and covers the reversing and coupling exercises as required by the examiner.
This give us a good idea of which course and test is best for you. It also means if you have access to a vehicle and trailer you can practice your reversing skills and the correct routine required for the uncoupling and recoupling exercise in preparation for a test.
Courses are as follows.
Option 1/ A one day course and test. Only for people who can already reverse and couple trailers.
Option 2/ A 2 hour assessment followed on a different day a one day course and test. For someone who has some reversing skills but not sure about what is required for the test.
Option 3/ A two day course and test. For someone new to trailers or has a trailer to practice with.
Option 4/ A 2 hour assessment followed on a different days a two day course and test. For people new to trailers and driving.
Option 5/ Have 2 or 3 hour lessons over a number of days/weeks leading up to a test. For people who have limited time off work.
All one or two day courses will start 07.30 or 08.00 and finish approx 15.00/15.45.
All training is done in and around Guildford getting you used to the test centre and test routes.
